Our journey began with a passion for creating exquisite, handcrafted macarons that delight the senses. Founded by Kate, who spent years mastering the art of French patisserie, our brand was born out of a deep love for the delicate, colorful, and flavorful world of macarons.
From humble beginnings in a small kitchen, Kate experimented with flavors, textures, and techniques, determined to create the perfect macaron.
Our journey started with a love for baking and a dream to bring people closer through the joy of macarons.
Today, we’re proud to share our creations with families across the UK, combining classic recipes with a touch of innovation to craft macarons that surprise and delight in every bite.
As we look towards 2025, we’re excited to share our ambitious plans for the future of Macarooner. We’re preparing to open our very first kiosks, bringing our delicious, handcrafted macarons to busy high streets and making them even more accessible to macaron lovers across the UK.
To support this expansion, we’re ramping up production to an impressive 50,000 macarons per month, ensuring every bite meets the high standards you’ve come to expect. We’re also set to launch our franchise model, inviting passionate partners to join us in spreading the magic of Macarooner nationwide.
This year, we proudly launched the UK’s very first Digital Bakery, bringing our macarons closer to you than ever before. It wasn’t an easy journey - supply challenges, setup hurdles, and technical obstacles tested us at every step.
